Live boldli, guided by your dedicated, diverse team of NDIS personal care providers. We have high ambitions for ourselves, the disability support industry, but most importantly, for you. Working alongside your support coordinators, family, allied health professionals, and the broader community, we share one aspiration: to uplift people with disabilities beyond just ‘getting by’ and discover their best lives.
We don’t do one-size-fits-all or set-and-forget. You have choice and control at every touchpoint—from selecting your preferred support workers to co-designing programs with input from your support team. With access to our continuous feedback platforms, your voice is always heard. Using the latest technology and ongoing staff training, our support workers carefully monitor and refine your programs, guaranteeing every dollar of your NDIS plan budget delivers the best possible outcomes.
Choosing a registered NDIS provider ensures your support meets the high standards set by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. Registered providers undergo regular audits, comply with strict regulations on pricing, service delivery, and safety, and are held accountable for delivering consistent, high-quality care. Importantly, only registered providers can work with all NDIS participants, including those with NDIA-managed plans.
Unregistered providers, on the other hand, are not subject to these rigorous requirements and can only work with self-managed or plan-managed participants. When choosing an unregistered provider, you and your support circle take on more responsibility for due diligence to ensure safety and quality. This includes requesting proof of worker screening clearances, working with children checks, and other relevant qualifications—protections that are automatically in place with registered providers.
Yes, as a registered NDIS provider, boldli can provide services to NDIA-managed participants, as well as those who are self-managed or plan-managed. Unregistered providers can only work with self-managed or plan-managed participants.
Our support workers are experienced in supporting participants with a wide range of disabilities, including both physical and psychosocial needs. However, we are not registered to provide High Intensity Supports. We have strong capabilities in assisting participants with autism spectrum disorders (ASD), mental health conditions such as anxiety, dissociative disorder, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), as well as traumatic brain injuries (TBI).
