NDIS REGISTERED PROVIDERS QLD

Sharing your aspiration to shine

As a leading NDIS registered provider, we’ve been delivering life-enhancing support to NDIS participants for over 5 years, from Melbourne right up to Far North Queensland.

A message from our Managing Director

Hello,

My name’s Nick – nice to meet you. I started boldli (formerly Thrive QLD) in 2019, after years working in management and hands-on support roles for multiple disability support organisations. This experience gave me important skills and knowledge, but more importantly, it fired my passion for this complex and ever-evolving sector.

I know NDIS participants, their families, and the professionals supporting them face many challenges. But with the right tools and a personalised, supportive framework, I believe everyone can build a life that’s stable, secure, and full of adventure and enjoyment.

boldli is committed to providing a safe but growth-focused environment for staff and NDIS participants, empowering everyone on their individual path towards their best self.

We can’t wait to join you on your journey.

The difference between
registered and unregistered NDIS providers

Safety

Enjoy peace of mind knowing that our support workers have undergone rigorous vetting to ensure they don’t pose a risk to participants (instead of having to request screening from an unregistered provider).

Quality

Be confident that we’ve undergone thorough audits to ensure compliance with regulations around service delivery, codes of conduct, and participant programming.

Transparency

Our clear processes for complaints resolution and incident reporting ensure that all parties stay informed, and you always have an opportunity to provide feedback.

Integrity

Trust that your precious NDIS funds are managed with fairness and integrity. Our services adhere to strict pricing regulations, financial record-keeping standards, and ethical marketing practices.

FAQs

Choosing a registered NDIS provider ensures your support meets the high standards set by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. Registered providers undergo regular audits, comply with strict regulations on pricing, service delivery, and safety, and are held accountable for delivering consistent, high-quality care. Importantly, only registered providers can work with all NDIS participants, including those with NDIA-managed plans.

Unregistered providers, on the other hand, are not subject to these rigorous requirements and can only work with self-managed or plan-managed participants. When choosing an unregistered provider, you and your support circle take on more responsibility for due diligence to ensure safety and quality. This includes requesting proof of worker screening clearances, working with children checks, and other relevant qualifications—protections that are automatically in place with registered providers.

Yes, as a registered NDIS provider, boldli can provide services to NDIA-managed participants, as well as those who are self-managed or plan-managed. Unregistered providers can only work with self-managed or plan-managed participants.

Our support workers are experienced in supporting participants with a wide range of disabilities, including both physical and psychosocial needs. However, we are not registered to provide High Intensity Supports. We have strong capabilities in assisting participants with autism spectrum disorders (ASD), mental health conditions such as anxiety, dissociative disorder, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), as well as traumatic brain injuries (TBI).
