We’ll reply within 48 hours advising of our capacity. Wherever possible, we’ll suggest a support worker we think is a great match for the participant.
Once everything looks good ‘on paper’, we’ll hook up a face-to-face meeting between the support worker and the participant, either in their home, in a public space, or online if you like.
If the vibes are right, we’ll draw up a service agreement. If not, we’ll look for other options to find a fit. Even if it takes a few tries, we’re committed to getting your in home support sorted ASAP!
In-home support is personalised care for NDIS participants living in their own place, either sharing with family or otherwise alone. The specific support and activities they provide are up to the participant, their support circle, and their NDIS Plan. One day might be spent tackling office organisation, the next could be a day out doing the weekly shopping!
